SherLis will gladly accept returns of full-price merchandise purchased on SherLis.com for a full refund within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.
Upon receipt of returned goods, SherLis reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable
EXCEPTIONS
No returns will be accepted on sale merchandise, evening wear and bathing suits. These products are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
SHIPPING ERRORS
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or sent an incorrect item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. SherLis will provide a pre-paid shipping label with your merchandise to expedite the return.
EXCHANGES
We cannot automatically process exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the item you do not want and place a new order on www.sherlis.com. You may place your reorder at any time.
REFUNDS
All merchandise purchased will be refunded for the price paid. We will not refund shipping and handling charges unless we have made a shipping error. We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
